DR. MAC CHANGED MY LIFE! She's a magician, possessing not only deep technical expertise, but true artistic talent. Her temps put most permanent veneers to shame (a straight quote from another dentist). I came in with a tight timeline and her temps were so beautiful I was able to wear them confidently at my engagement party. The veneers themselves are a masterpiece. What's most impressive, however, is her connection to her patients. She didn't downplay the significance of the journey, taking the time to engage on a personal level. I got my dream smile in 2024 with Dr. Mac and honestly, it was the best decision I’ve ever made. For a little background, I’ve been a dental hygienist for 8 years and have worked mostly in cosmetic practices, so I definitely had high expectations. I came to Dr. Mac to get a second opinion on my front tooth because I was unhappy with my previous dentist. After the photos were taken, I realized that my 2 front fake teeth looked old and discolored compared to my other teeth. Dr. Mac thought it would be in the best interest to replace all four front teeth in order to make my smile look more natural. Her assistant walked me through the steps and made me feel very comfortable about the process. I can say that I absolutely love my smile and I get compliments on my teeth all the time.

A life changing dental experience. Everyone here is so amazing and so kind, but Dr. Mac is something truly special. She is incredibly kind, patient and understanding, while still being direct and honest. I never felt coddled or like she was just tolerating me, even when I was being obsessively worried about things or nit picky. Everyone at the office always makes time to answer questions and make sure you’re feeling comfortable. I came to her after never having a good dental experience in my life and having not been to a dentist in almost five years because of finally getting fed up with traumatic experiences. It was so refreshing to feel heard and listened to. Even though it was, unsurprisingly, a lot of bad news at the first few appointments they helped me through all of it. I’m pretty sure at some points they literally held my hand while I cried through procedures. I’ve always had issues with not getting completely numb for dental procedures. It had gotten to the point where I started asking dentists to let me come in extra early so they could numb me and let me sit for a while so it could fully kick in, and even though previous dentists would be accommodating and do that (or would use so much numbing I couldn’t blink), I would still not be fully numb. Dr. Mac was able to actually get me completely numb for the first time in my life (it has something to do with the nerve structure? I’m not a dentist, I don’t know). I cannot tell you how life changing it was to not be white knuckling through a procedure.

She goes above the call with care, concern and compassion in each appointment whether routine or major. Dr. Mac puts my mind at ease when approaching major procedures and gives me time for questions and answers. It is obvious that each assistant she works with enjoys her too. I can not recommend this office and Dr. Mack enough! I had a smile design go horribly wrong at another office. Dr. Mack came to the rescue and quite literally saved the day. My face is my business and without my smile I was feeling so down on myself. I had such a jarring experience at another office and Dr. Mack validated my feelings and walked me through a fix that would bring back my smile to what I felt comfortable with.
